Smart Textiles Finland Oy is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Contact form: your name, company, work email address, country, and the content of your message.

Automatically: our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, date and time of access, and the site you came from. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

WHY, AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS

To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering a business relationship — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and the consent you give when submitting the form, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

To operate and secure the website — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@smarttextilesfinland.com. This does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, unless a business relationship begins.

We use only strictly necessary cookies, which do not require your consent. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics or tracking service, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we carry out no automated decision-making.

WHO ELSE PROCESSES YOUR DATA

Hostinger International Ltd provides our website hosting, email hosting, and delivery of contact form enquiries.

Hostinger processes this data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, which form part of Hostinger’s Data Processing Addendum. A copy is available on request.

Hostinger acts only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, except where required by law.
